1. Proof of identity (valid passport).
2. Proof of address - please provide one of the following and note that all documents must be original and not more than three months old; current household bill - gas, electricity, phone, water or council tax, valid full UK driving license, current bank statement or credit card statement.
3. Two photos.

Safe deposit box holders (or other authorized parties) are free to access to their boxes at anytime during normal opening hours. Upon verification of the individual's signature (personal identity documentation must be provided by the individual), vault representative will accompany the individual into the vault and unlock the box in his or her presence. We do not have a copy of secondary key therefore no one but you and your nominated party will have access to your valuables.

1. Replacement lock (engineer not required): £150 per lock including two keys.
2. Engineer and replacment lock: £225.
3. Interest: 2% per month or part month on all outstanding balances.
4. Solicitors fee: £200.
5. Box drill charges (where you failed to renew account and proper notice has been served).
6. Returned cheque: £25 per cheque returned unpaid.
7. Company representative fee: £100.
